Sheet Metal Fabrication

We operate a full sheet-metal fabrication shop in-house, which allows us complete control over the production of architectural and roofing metals. Instead of relying on outside suppliers, we fabricate our components from raw metal coil using professional-grade equipment and precise digital measurements. This means that every piece—whether it’s a flashing, panel, or decorative element—is manufactured specifically for the project it will be installed on. By handling fabrication ourselves, we are able to maintain exceptional quality control from start to finish.

Our capabilities include the custom fabrication of roof flashings, drip edges, chimney caps, scuppers, gutters, downspouts, and a wide range of specialty metal components. We don’t use generic one-size-fits-all solutions. Each piece is designed to match the exact specifications of the roof or architectural detail it will be connected to. This ensures tight fitting, proper drainage, and long-term weather protection—particularly important in challenging roof geometries or areas prone to leaks. When we fabricate the parts ourselves, we ensure that form and function work perfectly together.

We also manufacture standing seam metal roofing panels on site, forming them to the precise length and profile required for the building.
