Woodlands Retail Building

316 Construction completed the exterior envelope and low-slope roofing system for the Woodlands Retail Building, a multi-tenant commercial space designed to accommodate future business growth. Our team managed key portions of the project scope—including commercial siding, custom fascia paneling, and a full low-slope roofing system—ensuring that every component worked together to provide long-term durability and superior weather protection. Because this was a high-visibility retail property, architectural appearance and clean detailing were critical.

The structure received a fully adhered low-slope roofing system using commercial-grade EPDM/TPO (update with specific system if needed), designed to withstand ponding water, temperature fluctuations, and constant exposure to the elements. As a licensed Elevate (formerly Firestone Building Products) contractor, 316 Construction was able to provide a full system labor and material manufacturer warranty, giving the property owner confidence that the roof system is protected for decades. We also fabricated all roof flashings in-house to create a watertight seal at penetrations and wall intersections, eliminating the weak points common in other installations.

To complement the roof system, the building was finished with commercial metal siding and fascia panels from leading brands such as PAC-CLAD and Berridge (update brand used). The panels were carefully coordinated and installed to achieve a modern, streamlined aesthetic that elevates the curb appeal of the retail center. All metal flashings and trims were custom-fabricated in our sheet metal shop, giving us full control over quality and visual continuity while delivering a flawless finish across long, uninterrupted façade lines.

By combining roofing, siding, fascia, and custom sheet metal into a single coordinated scope, 316 Construction ensured consistent craftsmanship and efficient project sequencing.
