316 Construction completed a commercial low-slope roofing project for AM Contracting, delivering a high-performance roofing system designed to protect the building and maximize long-term value. The project began with a detailed roof assessment to identify areas of moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and drainage concerns. Working closely with AM Contracting’s team, we developed a clear scope of work to meet performance goals and ensure the project aligned with their construction schedule and operational needs.

A new low-slope membrane roofing system—EPDM/TPO/Modified/BUR (replace with the system used)—was selected for its proven durability and performance in commercial environments. The installation included upgrading insulation to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy costs, along with precise detailing around penetrations such as HVAC curbs, parapet walls, and drainage points. All seams, transitions, and flashings were installed using manufacturer-approved methods to ensure watertight performance and long-term system integrity.

Because 316 Construction is an Elevate (formerly Firestone Building Products) licensed contractor, this project qualified for a full system labor and material warranty ranging from 10 to 30 years. This level of warranty ensures that the roofing system is backed not only by our workmanship but also by the manufacturer, providing AM Contracting with lasting protection and peace of mind.
